About Staffordshire
Staffordshire is a county that is located in the West Midlands in England. It is landlocked and it adjoins counties like Cheshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire. Its largest city is Stoke on Trent which has a separate administration from the rest of Staffordshire. In short, this city has a unitary authority. This country is divided into several districts which include Cannock Chase, east Staffordshire, Stafford, Tamworth to mention but a few. Staffordshire has several boundaries used for security reasons. Its administrative county was set back in the year 1889 under a local act initiated by its government.
The economy of Staffordshire is quite overwhelming with much gross value being added to current basic prices that set on various statistics. The economy has greatly improved due to the various activities that the residents of this country have specialized on. From agriculture to industry all the way to services, the residents are very determined that the economy of this country remains stabilized for the longest time possible. If you look at the statistics made on each activity since the year 1995, there has been a dramatic change and all this is thanks to the incentives available in the country to make this possible. The stableness of this country's economy has made it possible for many companies to have their bases there as they know no matter what happens, their companies will remain at the top.
In terms of education, Staffordshire has not been left behind. It has about 8 comprehensive schools that are independent. The secondary schools in this country range from eleven to eighteen but those located at the other end have about thirteen to eighteen. Those students that are lucky go all the way to sixth form where they are able to select a wide range of subjects that they can easily excel in well.
